This is **not for events** we organise.

Please keep in mind that many of these dates depend on deadlines of entering applications and reports. 

We need to check back regularly because dates change all the time.

Review budget 2011 , based on the saldo 2010

Minimum once a year, usually before handing in the report of the previous year.

===== Before end March =====
The PV with the approval of the financial report needs to be handed in with the report.

===== 31 March =====
Deadline handing in VG werkingsverslag 2010 and financial report
Deadline handing in VGC werkingsverslag 2010

===== May 2 =====
Deadline for educational initiatives Vlaams Audiovisueel Fonds
(application workshop open source NLE video )

===== June =====
 * Review state of affairs current year budget

 * Half of the fees for Constant equippe should be entered

===== Before 20 september =====
**RVB / CA meeting**

Minimum once a year, usually before entering the application VG of the next year(s)
in 2011 that means: end september

When in a RVB or ALV changes to the statutes are made, that needs to be published in the Moniteur Belge.
Final deadline for this: Three months after the meeting. 

Check the protocol before going, pay online, and have bank proof of payment
